Return and Withdrawal Policy


Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.



To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Anzar Nature, Calle Acuarius, 9 - 38710 Breña Alta, info@anzarnature.es, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.



Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.



The customer must return or deliver the goods to Anzar Nature, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 calendar day period.



Excluded Products

We will not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.
